IICE CRIME was born in early 2015 in Barcelona, after the need for its components to capture in songs their perspective of the world and the values that surround it. With a remarked Rock sound, the band flirts with various genres such as Soul, Blues, Progressive Rock and even classical music.
In its first months of life, ICE CRIME participated in several contests in Barcelona: Sonomav 15 (winners) and festival Brot 15 (finalists), while also was finalist in the national contest Showing Music Awards, playing in the well-known rvenue Teatro Kapital (Madrid). At the same time, they released their first clip
"Not Carried by the River", playing shows in Barcelona and Mallorca, and working on what is now their first self-published EP.
During 2016 the band has presented its EP in Mallorca and Barcelona in different venues and festivals, in addition to proclaiming itself a winner of Festival Brot '16 and playing more than 30 concerts during the season, among which are MélonFest , Free Art Festival, Solarnit Festival, Altaveu Festival (Barcelona) or the BAM Festival of the Festes de la Mercè (Barcelona).
Facing 2017, the band plans to release their first LP and expand their concerts to new cities in Spain and Europe.
ICE CRIME nace a principios de 2015 en Barcelona , tras la necesidad de sus componentes de plasmar en canciones su perspectiva acerca del mundo y los valores que les rodean. Con un estilo marcado por el Rock , la banda flirtea con diversos estilos como el Soul, Blues, Rock progresivo e incluso música clásica.
Desde su formacion, ICE CRIME ha obtenido varios premios y menciones a nivel local y nacional:

Paralelamente , la banda lanzó en 2016 su primer EP autoeditado “Not Carried by the River” presentándolo en Madrid,Barcelona y Mallorca en un tour de más de 30 conciertos, destacando el
BAM Festival la Mercè , Festival LALI, Festival Altaveu, Festival Solarnit, Mélonfest o Free Art Festival, en los que ha compartido escenario con artistas de la talla de L.A,TOY, Oques Grasses, Sidonie, Guadalupe Plata, Tremenda Jauría,Maika Makovski o KITAI.
De cara a 2017, la banda planea lanzar su primer LP y ampliar sus conciertos a nuevas ciudades de España y Europa.
